Its the only cave I make food for (curry), bring plenty of cooked meat too. Spare armor, nice amount of ammo (shotgun is a good option, yeti's and bear's have plenty of hp), and sleeping bags. I havent tried bringing tames, other than a shoulder mount, doubt much would fit either, the entrance is tight.

I have cave build on so I've placed a metal spike wall across the entrance to that first room (after you crawl under the big ice boulder) and clear the room from behind it. After that it's time to unpod the Yuties and off we go.
